These terms govern your use of the Noura website and your purchases from it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Products
Every piece is made in small numbers. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the fabric, and print placement can vary from piece to piece — both are normal, not defects.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We may cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price or is unavailable; in that case you receive a full refund immediately.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through our payment gateway. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the courier at delivery.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Intellectual property
The Noura name, wordmark, photographs and designs on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
