Timelines
Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order.
Delivery: a further 3–7 business days depending on where you are in India.
You will get an email with tracking the day your order ships.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged at checkout based on your address. From time to time we run free-shipping offers — they will be visible on the site when live.
Serviceability
We currently ship across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable at checkout, write to us at thenoura.insupport@gmail.com and we will find a way.
Delays
Occasionally things take longer than planned — festivals and weather can slow couriers down. If your order will be late, we will tell you before you have to ask.
